Polyester Tablecloth Rentals

Classic polyester tablecloths for weddings, dinners, and celebrations. Choose your size and color, then request availability for your event.

White linens are stocked locally. Specialty colors are sourced to order and require supplier confirmation.

Find your fit

Use your table dimensions below to choose a tablecloth. These sizes provide an approximately floor-length drop on standard 30-inch-high tables.

Coverage varies with table height and placement. Not sure which size to choose? Include your table dimensions in your request and we’ll help. Not every color is offered in every size.

Availability & rental details

• Locally stocked White: Same-day requests may be possible, subject to available stock, existing reservations, and pickup or delivery arrangements.
• Specialty colors: Request at least 14 days before your event. Each reservation is subject to supplier inventory and delivery confirmation; advance notice does not guarantee availability.
• Additional charges: Supplier-sourced linen orders carry a separate $50 delivery/pickup fee, not included in the displayed linen prices. Applicable taxes and other delivery charges are additional.
• Order minimum: A $250 combined rental minimum applies before tax.

Request availability

Share your preferred size, color, quantity, event date and start time, and pickup or delivery needs. Looking for a color that isn’t listed? Include it in your request and we’ll check sourcing options.

We’ll confirm your linen selection, availability, timing, and pricing before finalizing your reservation. Submitting a request does not reserve linens.
