FAQs

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, to ensure fair business practices, we require a 30 day notice for any cancellations.

Cancellation Fees: For cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled event, there will be no cancellation fee.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the event forfeit the deposit.

Refunds: Refunds for cancellations made with more than 30 days' notice will be processed within 2-5 business days.

Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government-mandated closures, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events. In such cases, every effort will be made to accommodate customers and offer alternative solutions.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

Yes, we require a deposit. This deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made within 30 days of the event.
